Biblical Stewardship and Christian Management is a leadership training program
to equip leaders to become excellent stewards and managers.

- The MBA in
Biblical Stewardship and Christian Management has the same core course as the
secular MBA but these are taught from a biblical perspective. In addition, there
is a course on Spirituality and Work and another on Social Transformation.

eight core courses in strategic management, finance, communication,
institutional effectiveness and biblical and transformational leadership.
Students take up four elective courses to build capacity for resource
development. There is also a course on research and writing for the MBA paper.

are the admission requirements?
- The
applicant must have a bachelor's degree in any field or its equivalent; minimum
three years work experience; computer literacy; and a letter of endorsement from
a recognized organization.

other MBA program be allowed?
- No.
Although the core courses are similar to the secular MBA, the curriculum of this
MBA is designed from a nonprofit framework and is therefore unique. They are
also taught from a biblical perspective that is not found in the other existing
MBA programs.

What is the cost of the program?
- The fee is
P10,000 (USD200) for each modular course or P140,000 (USD 2750) for the entire
program. There is 5% discount for full payment-that is a savings of P7,000! Or
one can make a P30,000 initial payment plus 11 post dated cheques.

Why is it expensive?
- Compared to
the secular MBAs, this MBA in Biblical Stewardship and Christian Management is a
bargain! It is however, considerably more expensive than the usual ATS program
because it is not subsidized. Christian organizations should regard the tuition
as an investment and should not expect any subsidy from the seminary.

Can students take some courses on audit?
- The
modular classes are open to students who like to take any of the MBA classes for
audit or credit. The cost is P10,000.00 per module course.

- The program
director is BJ Sebastian, who is a corporate planner and a pastor at the same
time. Associate directors are Zenet Maramara, former Development Director of
Asian Theological Seminary and Cesar Punzalan, Bishop of the Baptist Conference
of the Philippines.
