This ATS MBA course will study the three approaches to leadership development, namely, the leader-focused approach, the organization-focused approach, and the leadership culture-focused approach. The course will study as well, the leadership lessons in the Bible, both Old and New Testament.
Course Objectives: Upon successfully completing this course, MBA students should be able to:
- Articulate the principles taught in this course to other leaders in their respective denominations or ministries.
- Have a clear understanding of how they are presently practicing and applying the principles learned in this course into their own work-life and ministry.
- Have developed spiritual disciplines that will facilitate ongoing integration of
spirituality, organizational leadership and management techniques. - Have experienced the value of a shared spiritual journey through a mentoring process in this class.
