This course focuses on the central role of human resource management in ensuring the stability and progress of organizations, particularly non-profit organizations. It explores the principal functions performed in human resource management and their interrelationships. Particular consideration is given to the environment of non-profit organizations and their need for greater human resource productivity and organizational effectiveness.
