Organization development is a long-range, systemwide process of planned change, led by the top management and with the help of OD consultants, in an organization’s culture and capabilities to improve organization effectiveness through the application and transfer of behavioral science knowledge (French & Bell, 1998; Burke & Bradford, 2005, Cummings & Worley, 2008).

The student will learn to prepare his organization to change, to choose different approaches to OD, prepare an OD plan for his/her organization, and be guided to lead OD in different roles.
