Developing Biblical Leadership
An MBA Module to be facilitated by Bishop Cesar Vicente P. Punzalan, III on March 16-20, 2020.
This course will study the three approaches to leadership development, namely, the leader-focused approach, the organization-focused approach, and the leadership culture-focused approach. The course will study as well, the leadership lessons in the book of Jonah, reflections on leadership from the wisdom literature of the OT (Proverbs-Ecclesiastes-Job) and reflections on leadership from the concept of being created in the “image of God” and the Book of Acts in the NT.
